**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
We are looking for an experienced **Practice Manager** with a solid healthcare background to lead our Canberra Clinic, located in Phillip, ACT (Ngambri and Ngunnawal Country). This full-time role (approximately 38 hours per week) offers an exciting opportunity to drive the clinic’s growth and ensure the smooth running of its daily operations.

**WHAT YOU’LL DO**:
As an integral part of our team, you will report directly to the Regional Manager and take charge of the clinic’s operations, including:

- Overseeing day-to-day management to ensure the clinic runs efficiently
- Coordinating and liaising with doctors and healthcare professionals
- Managing finances, budgets, accounts, and IT systems
- Leading, training, and mentoring a team of administration and nursing staff
- Delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring effective communication
- Promoting our Occupational Health services to grow the clinic’s presence

**WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR**:
We’re seeking someone with** experience** in a similar role within the healthcare industry, ideally in General Practice or Occupational Health settings. You should have proven experience leading teams, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. While experience with medical software is desirable, we’ll provide training if needed.
