Sirva is now seeking for an International Sales & Pricing Leader to support our international clientele based out Melbourne, Australia.
This role requires flexibility to shift times and offers a hybrid working model with work from home available.

Position Summary
To maintain and improve the Quality System within your own area of responsibility, conforming with company policies, requirements and standards in relation to Quality Standards ISO 9002, FIDI FAIM Plus and the International Global Service Charter, as well as ensuring compliance with other legislative restrictions and requirements.
To support and support all aspects specific to International Products as and when required, ensuring maximum efficiency, professionalism and consistency throughout the branches, in conjunction with the National Export Manager, Corporate International Staff Members, as well as International Move Coordinators and Global Mobility Coordinators.
**Job responsibilities**:
- To work according to the requirements of the Company Quality System and ensure that the quality system is maintained in accordance with ISO9002, FIDI FAIM Plus and the Quality and Procedures Manuals.
- Monitoring professional and congenial liaison with sister companies, franchises, partner agents, agents, Shipping Companies and other Commercial Entities always, endeavoring to assist them where possible and ensure prompt response is given to all correspondence, including E-mails, faxes etc.
- To report real and potential problems, as well as any unsatisfactory practices, to your manager for action.
- To maintain effective handling of international customer enquiries, reflect individual move requirements relative to Pre-Move Survey requests and verbal pricing.
- To complete and collate International Pricing for all corporate, franchise, regional locations and capital city locations as directed.
- Work within process to provide pricing back within 24 hours or less with rates on file and 48 hours or less when needing to obtain rates from overseas agents
- Advise as required those with whom the 24/48-hour pricing will not occur.
- Corporate International Pricing request before 1230hrs turn around same day / after 1230hrs next day unless rates are needed from overseas.
- Pricing to be done with approved network and out of network agents.
- Produce accurate and informative international proposals for forwarding to clients and / or Sales Consultants to forward.
- Assist with the preparation and construction of Tender proposals for corporate accounts, agents and partners.
- To assist with the preparation and forwarding of end-of-the-month reports.
**Job Qualifications and Preferred Skills**:
- Supply chain/ logistics experience.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Financial/accounting knowledge preferred.
- Understanding/embracing the direction and strategy of SIRVA.
- Strong oral and written communication skills

- Ability to consult proactively with clients to enhance their policy and services offered.
- Skills to interact effectively with other departments in the organization in order to resolve client issues.
