Our client is seeking a motivated, efficient and organised individual for a challenging role as their Precast Yard Manager.

**About the Role**
As the Precast Yard Manager, you will be responsible for organising the day-to-day running of the Precast facility alongside the Precast Superintendent.

Your responsibilities may include but not be limited to:

- Overseeing production within the precast yard
- Being the eyes and ears on the ground for the Superintendent and Manager
- Supervise the workers and ensure compliance with all Health and Safety protocols
- Aid in scheduling of works and keeping to the project schedule
- Driving productivity and efficiency within the facility
- Report to the Precast Manager
- Develop systems and processes to ensure safety, timeliness and high quality outputs
- Evaluate and adjust available production capacity and planned requirements
- Monitor and report on inventory stocks
- Ensure product quality meets project standards
- Support and encourage a positive environment within the factory workplace

**About You**
- Highly organised and efficient
- Prioritise workplace health and safety in a factory setting
- Demonstrated experience in a factory management setting, ideally in an engineering or civil works environment
- Precast experience highly regarded, but not necessary
- You must be physically fit and capable of working in a factory environment
- Ideally an energetic and outgoing person with a strong ability to build positive working relationships
- Experience in managing a team
- Have full working rights within Australia
- Hold a valid open Australian drivers license
- Ability to multitask
- Good written and verbal communication
- High level of integrity and problem-solving skills
- Results driven with sound judgement and maturity
