Crane Operator – Precast Yard  | Long-Term Opportunity

Looking to secure consistent local work with great pay and a solid team?

Direct Personnel is on the lookout for experienced Crane Operators to join a busy precast concrete yard in Redhead. If you're reliable, safety-focused, and know your way around a crane in a yard environment – we want to hear from you

The role:

  • Ensuring a thorough pre-start inspection on crane is completed daily
  • Utilising cranes to relocate concrete pieces around the yard
  • Coordinate with ground operators and interpret hand and verbal signals
  • Keep and update maintenence and activity log

The candidate:

  • Open Crane Licence with previous crane operating experience in a yard based role
  • Precast yard experience is a must
  • White Card and Drivers Licence
  • Basic, Intermediate or Advanced Rigging Ticket
  • A strong attitude and commitment to safety
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment D&A test
