• Produce accurate structural drawings for steel and precast components
• Interpret architectural plans and convert them into practical build solutions
• Resolve design, workshop, and site challenges efficiently
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders
• Use industry-leading software (Tekla preferred, Bocad considered)
• Visit job sites as required for dimension verification and info gathering
• Maintain accurate documentation and revision records

• Qualification in Structural Drafting or similar
• Hands-on experience with Tekla (or Bocad)
• Experience preparing structural steel and precast drawings
• Valid driver's licence for site visits
• Strong attention to detail and technical accuracy
• Team player with excellent communication skills
• Enthusiastic, eager to learn and grow
