**What this job involves**:
Due to an internal promotion, we’re looking for a Manager of Property Operations to join our team based onsite at Australia’s largest ‘Built To Rent’ community in Southport You will ensure property management is delivered to the residents at a high level.
**A snapshot of the role**:
Staff management, performance management, training and upskilling
Creating and implementing processes to ensure compliance and best practices across the property
Regular and consistent reviews and tracking of all Property Management tasks across the property
Escalation point for tenants
Represent the owner at QCAT as required
**Sound like you? This is what we’re looking for**:
Demonstrated experience in residential property management, preferably for a large organisation
Being detail-orientated and exercising extreme attention to detail. You are thorough, accurate, organised, and productive
Previous experience in leading a team of experienced professionals, setting objectives and monitoring
A problem solver, proactively planning ahead to mitigate risk and looking for ways continually to create operational efficiencies
An exceptional communicator with a high level of personal presentation and the ability to adapt to various levels of management, stakeholders, clients, tenants, and services
Real Estate Cert IV and/or Salesperson licence, registered with Office of Fair Trading
