So where does your new role fit into our team?
Working onsite with Australia’s first build-to-rent site on the Gold Coast, you’ll be the face of JLL and our client—that’s why creating a welcoming yet professional image of the company is vital to your role. As our stakeholders’ first point of contact, you will be responsible for providing various front of house duties. Therefore, you must demonstrate high levels of customer service and integrity, especially in handling enquiries, issues and complaints.
But this is a role with a difference - not just about phones, this role is about people
Here is a snapshot of some of the day to day duties required;
Ensure prompt operation of the reception area and switchboard/phones
Coordinate and assist in the booking of property inspections across the site
Respond to potential tenant enquiries and move ins and move outs
Provide general office and leasing support to team
Ensure that all stationary orders and supplies are maintained
Assist in the procurement of vendors and services as required
