**What this job involves**:
We’re looking for a Residential Property Manager to join our team based onsite at Australia’s largest ‘Built To Rent’ community in Southport Your key focus will be providing exceptional service to our residents and building strong relationships.

**A snapshot of the role**:
Conduct Entry Condition Reports and ensure all properties are prepared for
Carry out scheduled routine inspections
Tenant liaison - handling queries and feedback from tenants
Monitor rent payments and manage arrears
Arrange maintenance requests/work orders
Ensure lease renewals are issued promptly
Conduct exit inspections
