Multi Dynamic Real Estate is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic team member to join our Property Management Team.

**The Role**:
Join a leading agency with leaders to look up to and a supportive team with great culture.
You will learn and be responsible for nurturing tenant and landlord relationships, by utilising a thorough, consistent and reliable communication process.

**Your duties will include**:

- Managing a growing portfolio
- Liaise with clients
- Management of rental arrears
- Condition Reports, Routine Inspections and Final Inspections on your own portfolio
- All other general duties associated with Property Management
- Maintaining positive, ongoing relationships with our customers
- Very supportive, positive environment where everyone no matter what role title they have will help as required.
- Leasing and administration support

**Skills / Experience**:

- A positive, goal driven, fun, and friendly attitude, with the ability to provide an exceptional level of customer service
- High level verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to write professional correspondence utilising exceptional attention to detail
- Professional presentation
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work both autonomously as well as part of a collaborative team
- **Previous experience within local property market**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 38 per week

**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

Ability to commute/relocate:

Licence/Certification:

- Current Certificate of Registration (Real Estate) (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
