**Hours**: Full-Time Position

**Job Summary**:We are seeking a proactive and experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, staff performance, and guest satisfaction. This role involves ensuring smooth check-ins, managing maintenance issues efficiently (targeting same-day resolution), and coordinating with contractors. You will also be responsible for compliance, staff rostering, health and safety, meeting sales and operational targets, and maintaining high housekeeping standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Management of day-to-day operations and staff performance
- Be responsible for successful check-in of all guests
- Ensuring all maintenance items are resolved quickly and to guest and company satisfaction. Target is within same day and no longer than 24h. Urgent issues should be resolved ASAP.
- Manage and liaise with external contractors as required
- Management of staff roster
- Manage compliance
- Be available outside of business hours on rostered days, within reason, for urgent situations.
- Complete room checks to ensure housekeeping has been completed to a high standard.
- Be responsible for the health and safety of all guests and staff
- Meet sales and operational targets
- Manage and resolve guests concerns in a timely and appropriate manner to ensure optimum guest satisfaction
- Create, implement and monitor operational systems and procedures
- Co-ordinate maintenance
- Ensure our processes are streamlined and efficient
- Constantly consider risks, growth and opportunities
- Not do anything that may directly or indirectly breach Bedspokes agency agreement with any property owner.
- Indemnify Bedspoke in respect of any claims made against Bedspoke in respect of the conduct of it’s co-hosts, it’s agents, appointees, consultants or employees.

**Salary**:$75,000 - $85,000 gross, depending on experience

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
