**Job Title: Operations & Hospitality Coordinator**
**Location**: Gold Coast, QLD (Office-Based or Hybrid)
**Employment Type**: Full-Time

**Job Overview**

This role offers flexibility to work either from our Gold Coast office or in a hybrid setup, depending on your preference and performance.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Guest Communication**:

- Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
- Edit listings and automated messaging when required. Reply to guest questions, provide instructions and property details.
- Communicate with property owners, building managers, cleaners and contracts

**Operations Coordination**:

- Schedule and manage logistics, including cleaning, maintenance jobs, and inventory management.
- Collaborate with service providers to ensure properties are prepared to a high standard.
- Use task management tools (Trello) to monitor workflows and ensure timely delivery of services.

**Problem Solving**:

- Address urgent or last-minute operational issues with efficiency and composure.
- Resolve guest and operational challenges quickly to maintain a seamless experience.

**Administrative Tasks**:

- Maintain accurate records and reports of property statuses, guest interactions, and service schedules.
- Create reimbursement requests, change reservation dates and manage complaints
- Use software tools like Excel, Guesty, Trello to streamline operations and track performance.

**Requirements**:
**Experience and Skills**:

- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with native or advanced proficiency in English.
- Proficiency in using planning tools such as Guesty, Excel, Trello/Jira are essential.
- Previous experience in hospitality or logistics is highly desirable.

**Personal Qualities**:

- Punctual, reliable, and highly organized.
- Able to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
