Property Management Administration
Conduct Entry Condition Reports for incoming tenants
Conduct routine inspections
Assist with collecting and entering leasing enquiry figures.
General
Attend staff meetings as required.
Take advantage of all training provisions provided by JLL and enhance your professional skills within the company if desired.
Assist in Emergency Management at any given time
Hold a high level of confidentiality at all times for all management issues.
Performance objectives
Excellent Customer Service delivered to all stakeholders
Tasks being completed on time and with a high level of accuracy
Team members being satisfied with the level of support given
Support and preside over allocated administration duties

Employee specification
Real Estate Cert 1V and or Sales person licence which is registered with OFT.
