**About the Opportunity**:
Lead a highly effective team. Work in close partnership with the executive team and managers. Provide informed, professional, and efficient service on all aspects of recruitment, talent attraction and retention. Ensure the delivery of recruitment activities across the group is closely aligned with LUCAS Restaurants’ Guiding Values and business objectives.
- Recruitment management experience
- Demonstrated experience in leading / managing a highly effective team
- Proven experience in providing strategic recommendations and solutions to meet recruitment needs of the business
- Understanding of workplace legislation, Equal Opportunity Act, and recruitment best practices
- Knowledge of current recruitment trends
- Experience with JobAdder, FlareHR or similar ATS and onboarding system
- Broad industry network is highly regarded
- Experience in the hospitality industry is advantageous
- Knowledge across a variety of visa subclasses (e.g. Temporary Skills Shortage Visa, Working Holiday Visa, Student Visa, etc.) is highly regarded
- Must be driven to achieve results, implement continuous improvements, and the ability to drive change
- Proven ability in building effective relationships
- Demonstrated ability to guide, coach and influence
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex information in a simplified way
- High-level problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Positive attitude, flexible and open to change, highly organised and driven to achieve goals
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office suite
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management or similar
