At Envision, Australia's leading mum influencer agency, we are on the lookout for a dynamic Talent Manager to join our team and help shape the future of influencer marketing for mum talent As a fast-growing agency, we need someone who is adaptable, forward-thinking, and passionate about working with a diverse group of talented mums who are ready to make their mark. What matters most is your ability to build strong relationships, identify top-tier talent, and foster a collaborative environment where both our talent and clients thrive.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in talent management (talent management or marketing/PR experience with influencers
    is a must*
    )
  • Strong communication & relationship-building skills, with the ability to scout + onboard your own roster of mum influencers
  • Knowledge of influencer marketing trends, particularly in the mum and family space
  • Ideally, connections to mum talent or a pre-existing talent roster (a bonus, but not essential – we value the right fit and the ability to build relationships)
  • Melbourne-based (preferred but not essential – we value the best person for the job, wherever you are)

What You'll Do:

  • Onboard and manage your roster with diverse network of mum influencers
  • Work closely with the talent and brand teams to match the perfect talent with client campaigns
  • Develop and nurture relationships with existing and new mum talent
  • Provide strategic guidance to help mums grow their influence and create successful partnerships with top brands
  • Collaborate with the broader team to drive campaign success and ensure seamless execution
