**The Role**
Bring our brand to life through best-in-class content that supports the Woolworths brand ambitions by supporting editorial strategy and planning as well as the production, integration and amplification of our multi-channel content.
You will also help define what content goes where to support our strategic objectives and brand strategy, delivering the content customers are looking for. It is a collaborative position where you will work with our partners and stakeholders to deliver omnichannel content strategy for our social and digital, print and in-store channels.
**Key Requirements**
- Support the appropriate squad to understand their strategic objectives and support the strategic approach across Woolworths owned channels to realise the objectives
- Champion the role platforms within Woolworths and approach content strategy with best-in-market format
- Work as a collaborative member of the Content team, and leverage trends and insights for Fresh Ideas content into building creative briefs and responses
- Emulate a creative culture across the Content team by approaching with a collaborative, innovative mindset and supporting teammates to do the same
- Ensuring all assets and pieces of work created are strategically aligned, meet nutritional guidelines, are legally compliant, adhere to brand guidelines and are delivered in the right format
- Develop social and content strategies for campaigns and BAU content such as Fresh Ideas in partnership with various stakeholders as part of a squad
- Build and maintain efficient and effective relationships with our key partners; our production agency and internal stakeholders across squads and chapters
**About you**
- Degree or certificate qualified/or similar experience
- A strong creative eye
- A collaborative approach
- Passion for storytelling
- Willingness to proactively approach work
- Problem-solving mindset
- A strong passion for content, preferably within the food sector across all digital and traditional marketing channels
- Strong communication and ability to work with a variety of key stakeholders
- Knowledge of the retail industry and/ or major food brand
- Experience in other marketing/ digital marketing channels
