About the job:

- Working closely with the one of the founders to help and facilitate a lot of the areas within the business.
- Building out extensive systems across the board
- Hiring and monitoring employees performance
- Ensure accurate and relevant product information is available to customers across relevant digital channels
- Conduct frequent website audits to ensure theaccuracy
- Collate and asses the outcomes of initiatives to identify opportunity for improvements of system processes
- Work with marketing & digital teams to create landing pages that aligns with promotion campaigns and content strategies
- Help deliver strategic eCommerce initiatives within deadlines
- Support any troubleshooting that may arise

About you:

- Previous experience in an e-commerce role, ideally within the retail sector
- An understanding of how eCommerce businesses operate, from marketing, Creative strategy, operations and more.
- Project management experience with the ability to deliver high quality work within project deadlines
- Self-motivated to think outside the box and develop streamlined processes.

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
