Fast growth is in our DNA - Yo-Chi doubled in size over the last 12 months, and 2025 isn’t slowing down either, with another +20 locations already in the pipeline We're on the hunt for a detail-loving, highly organised Operations Administrator to join our National Operations team. This role is perfect for someone who’s excited to learn, keen to grow, and ready to support one of Australia’s fastest-growing brands.

You’ll work closely with our National Operations team to keep our internal systems running smoothly, support day-to-day venue needs, and help deliver consistent, high-quality operational support across the country.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Maintain key internal tools and documents (e.g. venue lists, prep guides, contact guides)
- Support admin tasks across key platforms such as POS, Reporting suites, Asana, delivery aggregators and our e-learning platform.
- Assist with new venue setups, reoccurring reports and audit follow-ups.
- Help manage internal communication documentation and calendars.
- Provide general data entry and admin support to broader operations team.
- Provide day-to-day venue support to venue leaders and field operations team.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A keen eye for detail and a love for organisation.
- Proven experience with Microsoft Suite including Excel and Outlook.
- Skills and confidence working with digital platforms such as Microsoft BI and Canva.
- Have a positive attitude with the ability to adapt to change and a willingness to learn.
- Great communication and time-management skills.
