We are looking for a dedicated and organised Operations Administrator to join our team in the PM shift at our Truganina site.

About the Opportunity:

The successful candidate will perform the below duties including but not limited to:

  • Ensuring effective movement of pallet and operations data
  • Ensuring accurate and comprehensive processing of manifests
  • Handle general administration tasks and provide support to the site manager.
  • Organise and review driver run sheets and report discrepancies to management
  • Support and process load plans, while ensuring that all Dangerous Goods Declarations are properly attached to customer consignments.
  • Provide general administrative support to operational activities within the depot.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, issues and concerns promptly and professionally
  • Operate a forklift to place freight in designated areas and to load and unload vehicles when required.

About You:

  • A minimum of 1 years' experience in an administrative capacity.
  • Have a current Forklift Licence
  • Strong computer literacy skills including word and excel
  • Knowledge of the transport and logistics industry desirable.
  • Have a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • An ability to work well under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to communicate at all levels of the business
