**What You Will Be Doing**
The IT Operations Administration Officer will be responsible for:
- Ensuring accuracy in procurement of IT goods and services, including receiving and receipting.
- Financial analysis of billing and invoicing, ensuring accuracy and on-time payments to vendors.
- Maintaining quarterly equipment ordering cycles for hardware and peripherals, including analysis of equipment deployment and usage, and forecasting requirements for the next quarter.
- Liaising with vendors to resolve issues with invoicing, shipments and delays of IT goods and services.
- Documentation, setting meeting agenda and minutes, as required to aid team communication and collaboration.
- Managing internal IT Operations schedules to meet safety, quality and training mandatory targets.
**What You Need**
We anticipate you will have:
- Extensive hands on Administration experience with focus on Finance and Business Administration
- High level commitment to effective customer service
- Sound knowledge of MS Office suite and Financial Management Systems, and willingness to increase computer skills
- Understand the importance of positive and constructive communication in the workplace and have effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to deal with challenges with a can-do positive attitude (desirable)
- 2 or more years’ experience in a similar role (desirable)
- Formal qualifications or experience will be highly regarded (desirable)
- Significant experience providing business administration support in a technical service environment (desirable)
