This well-known, ASX 100 FMCG business has operations in Australia, New Zealand, China and the US and is at a time of exciting growth. With a fantastic, achievement orientated, dynamic and humanistic culture, this organisation has an opportunity for an experienced remuneration professional who is looking for flexibility to lead the company wide approach to reward.

Reporting to the Chief People & Culture Officer and partnering with leaders and key stakeholders, you will be responsible for the planning, evaluation, and execution of reward and benefit programs for the organisation across the different markets. Your key activities will include:

- Lead, plan and manage the organisation’s remuneration review.
- Continue the work around aligning legacy remuneration & benefits practices.
- Manage LTI (supported by the legal team) and STI programs.
- Engage and manage cross-functional stakeholder groups to design and deliver key remuneration & benefits programs & projects.
- Educate leaders on remuneration philosophy, job architecture etc.
