As the Head of Performance and Reward, reporting to the Head of People and Culture, you will work closely with Senior HR Business Partners, COE’s, and the business, in the development of the Reward strategy and the delivery of specialist services.

You will research, design, develop, and implement performance management and compensation programs for employees, ensuring internal equity and competitiveness with the external market. Additionally, you will provide remuneration analysis and advice and manage associated operational activities in the area of performance management, benchmarking, salary positioning, job evaluation, incentives and benefits.

- Relevant tertiary qualifications with extensive experience in a Reward Manager role.
- Expert knowledge of the external market best practice and regulations in the Reward & Benefits area.
- Solid understanding of Remuneration policy and processes including benchmarking, job evaluation, salary setting and management of incentive plans.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to seamlessly transition from strategic thought leadership to operational delivery.
- Experience in a global organisation and a track record of delivering change in a complex environment.
- Data driven with the ability to use data and insights to support business decisions.
