**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Strategy and Planning**:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales goals.
- Analyse market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the executive team to align sales goals with overall company objectives.
- **Team Leadership**:

- Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales professionals.
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to maximize individual and team performance.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Address client concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- **Sales Performance Analysis**:

- Monitor and analyse sales metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance for senior management.
- Implement data-driven strategies to enhance sales effectiveness.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Manager/Executive or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of the service industry and market trends.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership and team management experience.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in sales performance analysis.

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
