**What's on offer?**:
We are looking for a Sales Operations Manager to be part of our Victorian Retail leadership team.

You can expect to use data analytics and reporting to drive improved performance across the Retail team. You will develop, deliver, enhance and optimise the salesforce platform to create meaningful insights and reports that enable informed and strategic decision making.

Key responsibilities include:

- CRM Management, data insights and analytics
- Sales planning, budgeting and performance improvement
- Stakeholder collaboration and training
- Manage Display Home traffic and reports

**What can you bring?**:
Your experience in sales operations, reporting and analytics coupled with your passion for making an impact will ensure your success in this role.

You will also have:

- Ability to identify and scope improvements to cater for market needs.
- Advanced excel
- Demonstrable Salesforce exposure including dashboard and report creation
- Exposure to a fast paced sales environment in residential property
