The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our growth strategy across Australia. You will play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness, acquiring new business partners, and managing high-impact marketing campaigns that attract and retain users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partner businesses across hospitality, beauty, and entertainment sectors.
  • Lead campaigns to grow user engagement and adoption of PikMo Pay.
  • Manage social media, digital marketing, and promotional events.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Track and report on sales and marketing performance metrics.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and marketing team.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years' experience in a sales and marketing leadership role, ideally within tech, digital platforms, or consumer services.
  • Strong track record of delivering sales growth and managing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and data-driven decision-making.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
