**Investment Sales Leader**

Join our dynamic team at Mercer as an Investment Sales Leader, where you will play a pivotal role in driving growth for our Investments OCIO business. We are looking for a strategic thinker with a strong sales background and exceptional communication skills to help us identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.

**We will count on you to**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for client segments within Investment OCIO to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Oversee the sales pipeline, manage the sales process, and ensure successful transitions of sales into Mercer.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create effective promotional materials and campaigns that support sales efforts.
- Train and mentor junior sales staff, fostering a high-performance sales culture.

**What you need to have**:

- A university degree and/or professional qualification; relevant postgraduate qualifications are desirable.
- 15+ years of experience in a professional services environment, ideally in client service, sales, or proposal management.
- Proven experience in sales and business development, particularly in managing senior-level clients within financial or professional services.
- Advanced knowledge of MMC products and services, with a strong understanding of superannuation issues and solutions.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Demonstrated leadership experience in large, complex organizations, with the ability to influence without authority.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing client needs.

- Familiarity with market research and the ability to identify trends and potential areas for growth.
