Yes Product, a subsidiary company of Yes Care, a renowned triple-certified cleaning expert specializing in customised cleaning solutions, is currently seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team. Yes Product offers a wide range consumable of high quality equipment and chemical cleaning product specifically designed for various industries including hotels, aged care facilities, commercial building and hospitals.

**Sales Manager (Docklands)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Using existing contacts, supplied leads, cold calling and networking, selling to potential new clients in a board spectrum of industries, including government and private sectors.
- Seek out and develop long term relationships within various industries to ensure we are offered future opportunities.
- Conduct site visit, prepare quotes, accurately price new opportunities, conduct presentations and follow up quotes.
- Report weekly to the management team offering accurate information on the weekly sales activities.
- Complete all relevant paperwork including establishing and maintaining a client database.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets.
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the accommodation industry, focusing on hotels, resorts, and other related properties.
- Collaborate with internal departments, such as operations and finance, to ensure smooth execution of sales contracts and agreements.
- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations, proposals, and tender documents.

Requirements and Skills:

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as Sales Manager, preferably within the hospitality or service sector.
- Experience working in a body corporate office or similar setting is highly desirable.
- Able to show proven success in sales within the commercial cleaning sector.
- Have an excellent understanding of the commercial cleaning sector.
- Demonstrated ability to write successful tenders and proposals.
- Strong negotiation skills, ability to close sales in a timely manner.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Well presented, reliable, trustworthy with ethical standards.
- Ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve collective goals.
- Motivated self-started who is flexible in their approach with the ability to match clients and work within a diverse industry.
- Tertiary qualification will be highly requires.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
