**Who you are**:
You are an energetic, supremely organised, and articulate professional who has a passion to make a difference in the world of wound care. A true sales hunter, you will be “on the ground” interacting in different clinical environments and at all levels in hospitals and the community.
You preferably have a sound understanding of procurement and the private hospital network, and while you enjoy working autonomously, you are an active member in a supportive team of like-minded individuals.
We measure ourselves on the development and maintenance of long term relationships which leads to ambitious growth and exceeding sales targets.
**Your responsibility**:
Promote and increase knowledge and usage of wound care products and solutions into Hospitals and community/aged care.
Manage, develop and grow new and existing customer accounts, including Key Accounts.
Build loyal relationships with customers at all levels; Specialists, Nurses, Doctors, Procurement and Key Opinion Leaders.
Maintain awareness of all sales opportunities, competitor activity and performance plan.
Attend exhibitions and conferences as required.
