**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
Do you have 1 year work experience post qualifications and passionate about marketing and ready to grow your career in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment? We're seeking a talented Marketing Coordinator to join our team and help drive our brands to new heights, focusing on the digital marketing space.

As Marketing Coordinator, you'll be pivotal in our marketing initiatives, playing a role in:

- Boosting brand awareness
- Enhancing customer engagement
- Driving business growth across our diverse portfolio of brands.

This role is perfect for someone who loves a challenge and wants to develop their skills across multiple marketing disciplines with 1 year work experience post qualification we are willing to pay a base salary of $73,150.

**RESPONSIBILE FOR**:

- Planning and implementation of digital marketing activities and campaigns
- Maximising sales revenue through testing and optimisation of digital and print content
- Liaising with other departments to ensure the flow of marketing activity
- Preparing marketing reports through collecting, analysing and summarising sales data
- Constructing ideas and initiatives to drive growth across all channels

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- **1 year work experience post qualifications**:

- **Customer focused** approach and attitude
- The ability to work effectively within a **team environment** is essential
- Excellent **communication skills**, both verbal and written
- The ability to work on own initiative and **take ownership** of job roles
- Exceptional **time management skills** - must be able to prioritise work effectively
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel
- Strong organisational skills and **attention to detail**:

- Tertiary Degree in Business, Marketing or related discipline
- Base salary of $73150
