While we have over 100 staff located across Australia, Asia, United States and Europe. This part time role is based in our brand new refurbished office in Frenchs Forest, Sydney. However, there is some flexibility for remote working. Our team here works from Monday to Friday so that we can ride bikes on the weekend

**What you'll do**
The Polygon Content & Social Media Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the creation, delivery, distribution and publishing of Polygon’s brand content inline with the Polygon strategic objectives. Reporting to the Brand Manager, this will involve the coordination and production of photos, video, written copy through to publishing on websites, social media and press releases. Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Organise and coordinate content deliverables and event schedules for producers, athletes and ambassadors
- Coordinate the creation and delivery of event content for the Polygon brand and riders
- Coordinate shoots with athletes, ambassadors or hired talent to ensure deliverables are received on time and according to brief
- Write brand copy for new products, athlete and ambassador bios, blog posts and media releases
- Coordinate marketing content file management and distribution
- Planning, creating, scheduling and posting content for Polygon social media channels
- Manage audience engagement for Polygon social media channels
- Customer service liaison for enquiries through Polygon social media channels
- Coordinating the contributions from athletes and ambassadors for Polygon social media channels
**What you'll bring to the team**
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing & Communications or related field
- 3+ years of experience in marketing or related field
- Broad exposure to the cycling industry, cycling events and international cycling brand awareness
- Adept at keyword placement and SEO best practices
- Aware of the latest trends within the biking industry, with detailed knowledge of the required technology and best practice
- Social media management, with demonstrated engagement strategies and success
- Demonstrated creativity, with the ability to develop original content that provokes engagement
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Naturally social media savvy, strong external stakeholder management skills
- Organised, with the ability to multi-task and work under pressure or tight deadlines
- Strong people skills with team members and stakeholders often remote
- Strategic thinker able to identify long-term opportunities and trends
- Athlete relationship management skills
- Good presentation skills
- Fundamental photography and video production skills
- Highly computer literate with basic knowledge of HTML, popular content management systems and effective in using Google suit, Asana and Slack
**What sort of hours will I work?**
- This part time role requires 25hrs per week.
