**About The role**

A Medical Liaison Officer bridges the gap between Lumus Imaging and healthcare professionals in the capacity of a Relationship Manager. This role is responsible for delivering revenue growth and promoting the services of Lumus Imaging within the Sydney North area.

This is achieved through a targeted approach to the referrer market, driving strategic marketing and education initiatives, managing new and existing referrers whilst communicating and collaborating with stakeholders. This role is based in Northern Beaches, Sydney, NSW. We offer flexibility, this role is part-time 4 days a week.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Be the primary contact for GPs, Specialists and other health professionals for Lumus Imaging.
- Manage current referrer relationships, whilst building relationships with new referrers & identifying opportunities.
- Act as the first point of contact for referrer matters with a customer-focused attitude.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive territory plan and deliver revenue on growth strategies and budget expectations.
- Maintain ongoing competitor and market analysis.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of educational events and marketing materials for healthcare professionals.
- Participate in ongoing training and support programs

**Role Competencies Desirable**
- Experience with Business, Sales, or Medical Terminology.
- Demonstrated relationship management experience, preferably in healthcare.
