**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Sales Support**:

- Assist the sales team in preparing sales proposals, meetings/ presentations, and orders.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics and help identify opportunities for growth.
- Maintain an organized database of leads and customer information.
- **Customer Service**:

- Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Provide product information and recommendations to clients to enhance their purchasing experience.
- Cultivate strong relationships with existing customers and support their needs effectively.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Manage and organize sales documentation, orders, and correspondence.
- Support the sales team with scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting of sales activities.
- **Independent Marketing Initiatives**:

- Develop and implement independent marketing campaigns to promote new products and enhance brand visibility.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive analysis, and use insights to inform marketing strategies.
- **Digital Marketing**:

- Analyze the performance of digital marketing initiatives and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Enhance the company’s online presence and brand visibility through strategic digital engagement.
- **Business Development**:

- Identify potential new business opportunities and assist in lead generation.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for market penetration and growth.

**Required Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Chemical Engineering, Business, Marketing, Industrial Chemistry, Industrial Pharmacy, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years in a sales support, marketing, or customer service role, preferably within the cosmetics or related industries.

- **Sales Skills**: Ability to understand customer needs, drive sales initiatives, and support the sales team effectively.
- **Customer Service**: Strong interpersonal skills to provide exceptional service and build lasting customer relationships.

- **Digital Marketing Expertise**: Proficiency in digital marketing strategies, social media management, SEO, and online advertising tools.
