Are you enthusiastic about curating unforgettable events? We're on the lookout for a talented Wedding Event Coordinator to join our team As a Wedding Event Coordinator, you'll be at the forefront of orchestrating seamless weddings and events. Your responsibilities will range from marketing and client relations to logistics management and post-event evaluation. You'll be tasked with promoting our wedding rental services, managing client inquiries, conducting personalised consultations, collaborating with vendors, overseeing logístical operations, negotiating budgets, supervising contractors, and conducting comprehensive event reviews.

**Skills and Experience required**
- AQF Diploma and a minimum of 2 years of experience in event coordination or related field
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional organisational and time-management abilities
- Keen attention to detail and adept problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with event planning software and tools preferred

**Task Include**
- Drive the promotion of wedding rental services, encompassing marquees and associated accessories, across various marketing platforms.
- Address inquiries regarding availability, pricing, and package offerings promptly and professionally.
- Conduct personalized consultations with clients to discern their preferences, present rental options, and outline tailored package selections.
- Collaborate closely with wedding planners and diverse vendors (e.g., catering, florists) to fulfill clients' event requisites. Ensure clear communication of rental product specifications to facilitate seamless coordination.
- Spearhead the coordination of rental equipment delivery, setup, and dismantling at event venues, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
- Skillfully negotiate rental terms and costs to align with clients' financial parameters while maintaining service excellence.
- Provide oversight of contractors' activities, promptly addressing any deviations or concerns arising during event setup or execution.
- Conduct comprehensive post-event assessments with clients to solicit feedback, identify areas for improvement, and ensure client satisfaction.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
