**The Role**

This exciting and dynamic role is responsible for coordinating Human Resources and Training and Development activities while supporting the HR Manager to implement contemporary HR policies, processes, programs and systems designed to improve business unit performance.
- Responsibilities include;_
- Providing support to our recruitment and selection processes
- Coordinating the onboarding, induction and mobilisation of all new recruits
- Providing support to our Training and Development department including course bookings, maintaining training records, and co-ordination of development programs
- Supporting our Safety Team as required with administrative functions
- Assist the HR Manager with the development of guidelines, procedures and policies
- General HR administration and project coordination

**Skills and Experience**
- Tertiary qualification or working towards a HR tertiary qualification would be ideal, as we are seeking an enthusiastic person who wants a career in HR
- An understanding of or exposure to HR processes and matters
- You must be collaborative and always have a customer centric approach towards our workforce
- Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with all stakeholders
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work autonomously

**Benefits**
