Job Description

About The Role
As the People & Culture Coordinator, you'll play a key part in both daily HR operations and broader HR projects.
You'll provide hands-on support with recruitment, HR admin, employee queries, and project coordination, making this a great stepping stone toward your career in a supportive HR team.
Key responsibilities include:

Providing end-to-end recruitment support
Managing the HR inbox and general employee inquiries
Preparing employment documentation, letters, and HR correspondence
Assisting with documentation for investigations and return-to-work processes
Supporting the rollout of new HR initiatives and people-related projects

About You

Exposure to recruitment (ideal but not necessary)
General HR administration
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
