Job Description

This role is perfect for someone early in their HR career who is ready to take on more responsibility, gain exposure to meaningful projects, and grow within a supportive team, or for someone who thrives in a dynamic HR Coordinator role and loves being at the heart of HR operations.

About The Role

As the People & Culture Coordinator, you'll play a key part in both daily HR operations and broader HR projects. You'll provide hands-on support with recruitment, HR admin, employee queries, and project coordination, making this a great stepping stone toward your career in a supportive HR team.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Providing end-to-end recruitment support
  • Managing the HR inbox and general employee inquiries
  • Preparing employment documentation, letters, and HR correspondence
  • Assisting with documentation for investigations and return-to-work processes
  • Supporting the rollout of new HR initiatives and people-related projects
About You
  • Exposure to recruitment (ideal but not necessary)
  • General HR administration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
