What you'll get to do: Work in conjunction with our internal recruiter, including taking briefs, helping with interviews, and preparing offer paperwork.
Manage the employee onboarding process, including preparing new hire documentation, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Prepare HR documentation such as contracts, policy updates, and employment letters.
Help deliver employee engagement activities and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
Support training and development initiatives, plus assist with offboarding and exit interviews.
Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies and processes.

What we're looking for: A Cert IV or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
Around 1–2 years' experience in an HR admin or coordinator role.
Knowledge of HR policies and procedures, as well as employment laws and regulations.
Someone who's organised, eager to learn, and enjoys working in a team.
A great communicator who's comfortable juggling multiple priorities.
Confident using Microsoft Office and quick to learn new systems.
