Summary of the role:
We are seeking an HR Coordinator to join our Sydney office and wi ll help to provide HR support to team members across Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong and Singapore. The role is also responsible for ensuring the effective operation of the day-to-day administrative functions and providing support on a range of HR functions and supports the HR Manager as required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Providing back-up support across Human Resources and employee lifecycle.
- Use initiative, analytical skills, problem solving skills, interpersonal and communication skills to achieve effective outcomes.
- Timely monitoring of HR inbox, responding to general queries from applicants and queries.
- Support the planning and execution of philanthropic events, employee engagement, and roll-out of company-wide initiatives.
- Ensure that HR policies and procedures are followed.
- Coordinate the separation of exiting staff, including arranging exit surveys and exit interviews, separation checklists, closure of employee files and un-enrolment in MRI Software’s HR Systems.
- Work with the broader Talent Team to identify and implement improvements in our systems, processes and procedures.

ABOUT YOU:
**Experience**:

- Demonstrated experience in an administrative role of similar scope and responsibility.
- Experience managing concurrent projects with competing deadlines.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or demonstrated relevant experience in a HR function in an
- administrative and/or project capacity highly regarded
- Experience as project team member and in the research and implementation of (HR) projects
- Experience with HRIS systems preferably Workday highly regarded

Knowledge and Skills:

- Demonstrated knowledge of HR systems preferably Workday
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including ability to communicate with a range of stakeholders.
- Ability to develop constructive working relationships.
- Proven ability to work independently and direct own workload and outcomes.
- Strong planning, time management, presentation, and organization skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office Applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
