Located in the heart of the city, you will be part of a collaborative and high-performing team, working alongside intelligent and diverse professionals, as you support senior partners with a wide range of HR duties, from recruitment to learning and development. **About the Role**:
You will play a pivotal role within the People team to deliver excellent customer & staff experience. Some of the duties you will be responsible for include but are not limited to:

- Be the first point of contact and support for staff with People related queries
- Generate staff contracts, letters and correspondence as required
- Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures
- Coordinate the offboarding process
- Maintain People data
- Support the Learning & Performance function by coordinating external providers, learning and development events and related administration as required
- Assist People Partners and hiring managers with recruitment as required.

**About You**:
To be successful in this role you will bring:

- Ideally 2-3 years’ experience in a HR Administrative/ Coordinator role.
- A systems savvy approach & quick learning style.
- Excellent communication skills & customer service.
- Strong attention to detail & ability to juggle multiple tasks.
