I am working exclusively on an excellent opportunity for an HR Coordinator to join my fabulous boutique construction client, who is committed to driving positive change in the Australian construction industry.

This 'beefy' Coordinator role will give you exposure and hands-on experience across the life cycle. In this fast-paced environment, you'll also get variety where no two days are the same.

**Role overview**:

The role provides administrative, hands-on support to the HR Team across the employee lifecycle. Areas of focus include recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, probation reviews and maintaining the HRIS and HR document templates.

The role is the first point of contact for HR queries and assists the HR Business Partner with HR Projects,

compliance and employee development, performance and engagement.

**Your day will look a little like this**:

- Provides first-level advice on employment policies and procedure
- Escalate issues and queries to the HR Business Partner
- Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process
- Undertake onboarding processes for new employees
- Undertake the offboarding process for exiting employees
- Prepare payroll reports for HR BP review
- Prepare HR documentation such as employment contracts, variation and promotion letters
- Support the HR BP in the delivery of HR projects
- Maintain the HRIS and other people systems
- Provide administrative assistance to the HR Team

**Your experience will include the following**:

- Previous HR/Recruitment or customer service experience
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to establish rapport and develop effective working relationships
- SAP Sucess Factors experience (big tick)
