Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an HR Coordinator, based in Sydney, NSW, with the flexibility to work from home part-time. The HR Coordinator will oversee human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and compliance with HR policies. Daily responsibilities include coordinating training sessions, managing employee relations, assisting with payroll inquiries, and supporting leadership with HR-related projects. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to foster a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in employee recruitment, onboarding, and records management
- Familiarity with HR policies, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and employee relations skills
- Proficiency in HR tools, software, and systems
- Organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment
