Join a top gaming provider that has recently landed in Australia & to be launched in Sydney’s CBD. Our client is a gaming lifestyle company, that provides a safe and fun environment for all its customers & staff, providing everything you need including food and beverages.

Based remotely to commence, you will be joining a diverse and inclusive team & directly supporting the HR Manager. This role will see you owning the Sydney HR Coordinator space, with mentorship and guidance from an established and highly experienced manager. **About the Role**:
You will play a pivotal role within the organisation and will be responsible for:

- Offer generalist HR support to the HR Manager at Fortress, with a particular focus on Fortress Sydney.
- Coordinate the recruitment process from advertising through to onboarding
- Conduct orientation sessions with new starters.
- Maintain & update employee data.
- Assist with the coordination of L&D sessions.
- Updating policies & procedures.
- Be involved & support HR projects.

**About You**:
To be successful in this role you will bring:

- Prior experience in a HR Administrative or TA Support position is desirable.
- A confident persona, with the capability to effectively manage client expectations
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- A passion for esports/ gaming - from board games to PC & consoles. _(Not essential, however highly advantageous)._
- A proactive approach & energetic style.
