**About the Role**:
You will play a pivotal role within the organisation and will be responsible for:

- Coordinate and oversee employee onboarding and offboarding experience.
- Assist with various HR department projects, providing support and contributing to the success of the team.
- Provide administrative support for the HR operations department, ensuring that all HR-related documentation and processes are accurate and up-to-date.
- Own the contract generation process.
- Provide HR policy and procedural support, ensuring that all policies are aligned with the company's values and reflect best practices in HR.

**About You**:
To succeed in this role, you'll need to be tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and able to manage your workload effectively. Previous HR administrative/ coordinator experience and a bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field is desired, as well as prior experience using HRIS systems and intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
