As a Channel Support Specialist in the Commercial Energy Sales Team, you will be responsible supporting the team with daily operations and relationship management, as well as helping the team to deliver on overarching sales performance targets, team strategy and strategic initiatives.

What you’ll be doing:
- Managing daily inhouse pricing and proactive repricing, team inbox, third-party auction platforms, credit check follow ups, contract queries and ad hoc administration duties.- Effectively handling multiple work requests concurrently and managing stakeholder’s expectations.- Supporting the Channels and Partnerships team in managing new and existing third parties and channels to deliver high value sales outcomes,- Escalating Channel and Partnership potential disputes and commercial issues ensuring a clear resolution, as well as responsibility for customer and third-party lifecycle communications.- Coordinating daily tasks and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance to company and third-party policies.

What you’ll bring:
- Demonstrated Experience in a similar role and a strong understanding of the energy market is preferred.- Exceptional organisational capability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver on conflicting priorities.- Demonstrated problem solving skills with strong critical thinking and the ability to work autonomously whilst thriving in a fast-paced team environment.- Strong time management and operational skills and the ability meet SLA’s and business deadlines.- Proactive approach including exceptional written and verbal communication skills, as well as attention to detail.
