Director at Kanari & Co. Keeping things simple, doing Talent better.We are currently hiring a Channel Sales Specialist on behalf of a specialist SaaS vendor in the Hospitality space. The company's all-in-one inventory platform helps thousands of hospitality venues cut costs and lift profits. From Michelin-star restaurants to fast-growing QSR chains, operators trust them to streamline their back-of-house operations. They are growing fast across APAC and need a partnerships professional to keep that momentum rolling.
Responsibilities:
- Build the partner pipeline: Identify and sign POS providers, accounting platforms, consultants, and other tech vendors that fit the Ideal Partner Profile.
- Drive referrals and revenue: Turn partner relationships into a steady flow of qualified leads and closed deals.
- Enable and engage: Run crisp onboarding, training, and co-marketing so partners know exactly how to pitch the company's solution.
- Nurture relationships: Schedule regular check-ins, share playbooks, and spot upsell or reseller opportunities.
- Work with sales: Collaborate with Account Executives to accelerate partner-sourced deals and shorten sales cycles.
- Track the numbers: Report weekly on leads, added MRR, and partner activity so everyone sees the impact.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in SaaS, hospitality tech, or B2B partnerships is a plus, but grit and curiosity matter more.
- Proven ability to hit targets and grow revenue through partners.
- A clear communicator who can translate technical solutions into commercial wins
- A self-starter who thrives in a scale-up environment and loves solving problems.
