**What's the opportunity?
- Support the management of new and existing channel partners (including kiosks) across the iPrimus and Dodo product suite ensuring the delivery of results are in line with internal sales, commercial and customer experience targets
- Drive the onboarding and management of new and existing partners by ensuring the training, ongoing product communication, legal, compliance and all due diligence are completed in line with internal processes
- Support the Channel Transition Lead in assessing opportunities, driving continuous improvement and delivering as to the strategic plan for channel partners
- Engage across the business to be the voice of channel partners whilst keeping the overarching company objectives and values in mind

- We own our network giving us easier, straightforward access.
- We manage our network here in Australia out of our Melbourne offices.
We now have more than 20,000 km of fibre optic cable laid and operational throughout Australia, 5000 on-net buildings connected to our network.
**Day to Day responsibilities**:
- Support new and existing channel partner relationships (including kiosks) at an operational, training and compliance level to ensure they carry the right operational cadences, performance achievement metrics, compliance, and regulatory requirements alongside a positive customer experience.
- Own and drive end to end the training and development program across the channel partner space including training content creation and delivery across all channel partners
- Support the Channel Transition Lead as to planning for and achieving the strategic objectives across the channel partner space
- Engage with supporting functions as required to ensure channel partners are operating effectively following any internal processes and approvals as needed.
- Build stakeholder relationships with channel partners at an operational level and internally to ensure the voice of channel partners is represented across the business
- Report on sales progression; sales results weekly/ monthly and initiative impacts and present at internal meetings as required
- Understand and adhere to all legal, regulatory and company policy requirements across the channel partner space.
- Continuously drive improvements across the business as identified jointly by the Sales team
- Other appropriate tasks and responsibilities as required by the Channel Transition Lead
**What you will bring to the table**:
- Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience operationally supporting channel partners from a training and development point of view
- Experience in a channel management or sales support role
- Knowledge of telecommunications space would be advantageous
- Ability to create content from scratch and train out to a wide range of audiences
- Stakeholder management experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Commercial acumen
- Ability to prioritise work across multiple opportunities
