**About the role**:
**NHP are on the hunt for a dynamic, confident and experienced Channel Manager with a strong understanding of sales, to fuel our growth and take our success to the next level.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager - Customer & Channels, you will be required to understand the needs and opportunities within Wholesale customer groups and develop sales and marketing strategies that will drive growth and increase market share.
This role works closely with our wholesale partners and internal stakeholders in driving our go to market strategy and business development activities effectively to achieve sales targets.
Key accountabilities include:
- Develop, execute and communicate channel strategies
- Lead the efforts of the channel team in carrying out the Wholesale channel strategy
- Facilitate collaboration between different teams to support the Wholesale channels
- Enhance NHP’s customer experience
- Collate and analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to ensure effective market positioning and differentiation
- Assist with solutions, content and sales tools to support channel tactics
To be successful for this role, you will be self-managing, have strong business leadership and negotiation skills to influence behaviour and activities that drive strong business performance.
**What you will bring to the role**:
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in Sales, preferably within a B2B industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong understanding of channel strategies and market dynamics
- Understanding of marketing tactics and their applicability to selling strategies
- Conversant in data and analytical tools with ability to perform basic analysis without assistance
- Experience in managing customer relationships and handling escalations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage
