**Your new role**
The Content & Owned Channels Consultant’s role consists of supporting the Content & Owned Channel Manager and supports the delivery of the owned channel strategy that strives to identify marketing opportunities for acquisition, retention and growth strategy initiatives within the range of AustralianSuper owned channels: Website, App, YouTube, Chatbot.

You will interact with teams such as Brand & Marketing to support major initiatives, Member Communications, and External & Corporate Affairs stakeholders on their SEO and digital owned channel content implementation requirements.

We are seeking someone who has a passion for digital, can seamlessly work with a range of digital workflow systems to manage tasks and cloud-based project collaboration, whilst staying across UX and Digital channel enhancements to support digital best practise principles for increased performance.

**What you’ll need**
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in marketing, business. commerce.
- Extensive experience in content strategy planning for acquisition and retention.
- Experience working with specialist vendors such as digital, media or creative agency
- Possess and understanding of best practice UX and design principles
- Extensive Analytics Experience (GA360), with natural curiosity to interpret data - Knowledge of GA4 a bonus.
- Stakeholder relationship skills, including ability to initiate, maintain and develop relationships.
- Desired Search Engine Optimisation skills.
- Well-developed written and oral communication/ interpersonal skills with the ability to present ideas, perspectives and issues to senior management.
