**About the role**:
Working closely with the Liquor Online Trading Manager, you will support in developing and supporting our online trade strategy and achieving the online sales and profit budgets for Coles Liquor Online across our three trading banners - Liquorland, First Choice Liquor Market and Vintage Cellars.

On a day-to-day basis you’ll be driving sales online and be driven through incremental wins you can achieve through assisting across promotional planning, on-site merchandising, and navigation optimisations, as well as product enrichment of key lines and new product execution. You will work cross functionally in collaboration with Supply Chain, Merchandise & Marketing, and with external stakeholders.

You’ll also:

- Support the online trading manager with the development of the trade plan for online, including supporting creation of bundles and online exclusive offers
- Responsible for the day-to-day trading of all online stores including daily optimisation of onsite navigation, filters, merchandising across the websites as well as delivering on supplier funded merchandising
- Provide insight into competitor activity and perform weekly competitor audits, bringing insights and actions to the weekly trade meeting
- Responsible for the implementation of category range reviews online, working with all channels to ensure seamless execution
- Responsible for product enrichment of key lines to help Coles Liquor differentiate our offer including the enhancement of product images and descriptions
- Support the execution of campaigns when required
- Support the optimisation and use of our third party tools including reviewing ratings and reviews, pops ups and performance and Fred Hopper Search

**About you and your skills**:
We are looking for a go-getter who is commercially savvy and has deep knowledge of the eCommerce industry. You will have demonstrated online trade experience within a competitive retail market, delivering marketing-leading commercial and customer outcomes.

You’ll also need:

- Demonstrated track record for delivering website conversion
- Commercial understanding of online trading environment with a strong customer focus
- Ability to work in a very fast paced environment across a broad remit
- To drive outcomes through negotiation and influencing
- Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work collaboratively with people and strong stakeholder management experience across all levels
- Balance of strategic understanding and ability to effectively execute plans to deliver
