Our Online Merchandising team within our eCommerce function is now seeking an Online Category Manager (Dairy, Freezer & Convenience) to join their team.

As an Online Category Manager (Dairy, Freezer & Convenience), you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of the merchandise strategy online and assisting in delivering their online growth plans.

**You will**:

- Support and assist the Business Units in delivering their online growth plans
- Drive category sales and profit growth across the online channels
- Assist in development of channel ranging strategy and leverage specific online / digital assets
- Deliver and continuously improve the customer offer and experience by channel
- Ensure the content for all lines online is correct and relevant
- Work with Category Managers/Business Units to deliver optimal online availability to drive great customer experience
- Help support and drive new channels such as B2B and new business

**You'll need**:

- 5+ years’ experience in FMCG / Grocery or gig economy retail ideal
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders to achieve an agreed outcome essential
- Experience working with IT systems and processes essential
- Experience managing projects essential
- Strong communications skills essential
- Strong commercial acumen
- Strategic & analytical thinking & problem solving
- Negotiation & influencing skills
- Strong stakeholder management
- Excel and Powerpoint skills
