**What you'll be doing**:
As the Online Content Author for Coles Online, you will be responsible for creating the online content for our Customer Trade Plan across both web & App platforms.

**You will**:

- Support the Content Manager and Coordinator in the delivery of the content workflow.
- Manage AEM backend workflows including rules and restrictions around content creation, retirement, and redirection.
- Adhere to brand guidelines and ensure consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all content
- Responsible for proofreading and editing content to ensure it is error free and delivered on time.
- Manage target workspace, audiences, and targeted experiences.
- Find, test, and mange bugs

**You have**:

- 1-2+ years' experience in content authoring - e.g., content author, content producer, ideally in a B2C retail environment
- Experience in AEM preferred or similar content management systems
- Experience in writing, editing, and publishing user-centred content for digital audiences
- Content authoring skills on AEM or similar content platform
- Attention to detail
- Excellent writing and communication skills
